The entire time we had a salesman named Mark checking in on us and giving us advice. He was a HUGE help in making our first furniture shopping experience a breeze. I can't say enough about how friendly he was. He even went out of his way to help us add items to our living room package deal that weren't included!
We went in late in the day (about an hour or so before closing) and got great service. I was in the market for a sofa sleeper (gel foam mattress) and Katie Carlson was wonderful! She showed us several options and very accommodating. I wound up buying a really nice sofa sleeper, chair, and an 8x10 area rug. I would recommend this store to anyone. The showroom is beautiful, and the people are great.
Extremely satisfied experience with Ashley Furniture. Salesperson(Kelly) took the time to make sure I was not only getting what I needed but wanted what I was getting. Her knowledge and input was invaluable in my process. I will definitely be going back for more and would highly recommend to anyone else.
Kelly B (with the brown hair) is AWESOME!!!!! The best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not too pushy but always there when you need her. Very friendly and extremely kind. She is patient, informative, cheerful and efficient. What more could anyone ask for? We came out of the store with exactly what we went in for. And at a great price. A truly satisfying experience. I usually shop on-line. But from now on, I will go to Kelly B first for my in-home and decorative needs. Thanks from Lindsay and Mario.

Went in looking for a living room set for my Fiance and I. We ended up looking through the entire beautifully laid out store. Behind every nook and cranny there is a new set of furniture which we just HAD to sit on.
I walked out with a great deal and great experience and now have my entire living room taken care of.
Great service in store ordering custom sectional couch! More than we were going to pay but quality seems worth it. Hopefully I feel this way in 5+ years... There are a few available customizable brands in store to see. management changed recently and furniture has been revamped.
